Arsenal legend Thierry Henry believes Harry Kane should not have been named the Young Player of the Year
The former Premier League great now TV pundit has slammed the decision saying it should have been given to Manchester United's goalkeeper David De Gea.
Tottenham star Kane has netted 28 goals in all competitions this season and picked up the gong.
But Henry reckons De Gea was a shoe-in for the prize.
De Gea has been in fine form this season, producing a number of stunning displays to help United seemingly secure a top-four finish.
Henry said: "He was my young player of the year
"Look at what he’s been doing for Manchester United this season.
"He has won so many points for the team and for that particular reason he was my young player of the year.
"As a goalkeeper it’s difficult to win points but he did.
"He kept Crystal Palace at bay and how many times have we seen it this season?"
