Ramires is wanted by Juventus as a replacement for the injured Claudio Marchisio, according to reports
Gazzetta TV claims that the Brazil international is Massimo Allegri's first-choice midfield target this summer following Marchisio's latest injury blow.
The playmaker suffered a cruciate anterior ligament injury in training with the Italian national side, and isn't expected back until late 2015.
It is also believed that Paul Pogba will depart Turin at the end of the season, with the likes of Paris Saint-Germain, Real Madrid and Manchester United all linked with the Frenchman.
And the latest coming from Italian media suggests that a Stamford Bridge exit for Ramires looks likely, with the versatile man unable to command a regular place in Jose Mourinho's starting XI.
