The Blues know a goalless draw will be enough to progress to the knockout stages after claiming a 1-1 draw in the first leg in France
But despite his side not needing to score in the Stamford Bridge showdown, Mourinho insists his side will play on the front foot against Laurent Blanc's side.
"There is complete balance but we are going to try to win," Mourinho said.
"Experience helps us to sleep well tonight, just that.
"You feel comfortable to play if you’ve done it many times. It’s one more game, in spite of the fact it’s a knockout game, so we are calm.
"We are speaking about teams with very good players who are comfortable at this level, so it’s more about them."
Mourinho added that despite PSG featuring the likes of Sweden star Zlatan Ibrahimovic in their ranks, he has no special plans for Chelsea to man mark their way to success.
