David Luiz: I was elbowed by Diego Costa
David Luiz has accused Diego Costa of elbowing him on his return to Chelsea
The two clashed twice in the first half at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday night, with each landing up on the deck.
TV replays showed the former Chelsea defender elbowing Costa.
But the cameras appeared to miss an earlier incident, according to the Paris St-Germain goalscorer, which ended with the Brazilian star being floored.
When told that Blues boss Jose Mourinho had pointed the finger of blame at him after PSG's ill-tempered Champions League win, Luiz denied he had used his elbow.
"No," he said. "He can say what he wants. It's always a battle to play against Costa.
"He can talk about when Costa gave me the elbow in the diaphragm."
Luiz also confirmed he told Mourinho that PSG would go through even with 10 men, straight after star striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic was sent off in the 31st minute.
"I believe in my team," he said. "When I was by the touchline we were speaking about the red card. I trust my team and we did win."
Luiz did apologise to his former club and their fans though for celebrating his 86th-minute header, which sent the last-16 tie into extra time.
Luiz made 143 appearances for Chelsea and scored 12 goals before moving to Paris for £40m last June.
"I need to say sorry because I said if I scored I would not celebrate," he added. "But it was so emotional, too much emotion to keep in. I don't even remember how I celebrated.
"I respect this club a lot, because they gave me many things, the opportunity to show my football to the world.
"But this is football, I'm a professional and I am very happy to be at Paris - and to be in the next round."
